SONGS OF AFRICA ENSEMBLE is a
multicultural ensemble of African music that performs music from the new
choral collection, Songs of Africa, published by Oxford
University Press. The compelling music engages audiences to move, clap and
sing along to a performer audience interaction that often recreates scenes
from traditional African life.Superb singers, all voices
needed. Quick learners. Ability to read music a plus, but not
required. Knowledge of African language not necessary. Paid concerts and a
great musical experience. Skilled singers only, please. Limited spots
available.

very beginning the intent of the African Chorus Project was to promote world
